Finger Expression

The focus of this morning’s class is our fingers. The intent is to connect with the unique energy of each finger.

Our fingers move and direct energy of the arms. They also wake up the intrinsic muscles inside the hands and arms.

I love this excerpt from the Nia Technique book: “Your fingers, like wands, are magical tools.” I love to call my fingers magical wands.

Each finger represents a unique expression:

Thumb – Nurture
Index – Desire
Middle – Balance
Ring – Commitment
Pinky – Boundaries
