The focus of tonight's class is the celebration of love through dance. What better way to love your body than to move it joyfully?
Guided by the sensation of pleasure and joy, we'll be dancing to some songs from the Nia routine Passion and a few other goodies!
Join me from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at Open Flight Studio in the University District.
