Good Vibrations

The focus of tonight’s class is physical vibration.

The intent is to experience whole-body relaxation.

We sense relaxation through through the art of practicing different types of movements that vibrate the physical body: quivering, shimmying, shaking, pulsing, rumbling, and sounding.

Let’s shake it up on Friday night!

Class is from 6pm – 7pm at Delilah’s Belly Dance Studio in Fremont.
